Mission

Our mission is to accelerate healthcare transformation through our AI-powered platform. We strive toward a future where hospitals are at the cutting edge of technology, operations and efficiency. Healthcare workers are inundated with endless tasks, manual processes and often unintuitive tools. Clarium is transforming healthcare by empowering providers with AI-powered software with intelligent workflow automation and actionable insights. We envision a future where all hospitals leverage our collaborative data platform to automate their daily operational and administrative tasks, only surfacing high complexity issues that truly require their expertise.

Funding

We’re backed by some of the biggest and most innovative investors in the world including: General Catalyst, AlleyCorp, 1984 Ventures, Alumni Ventures and others.

About the Role

Clarium is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, accelerate operations, and scale the company during a period of rapid growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with a founder's mentality, and is equally excited about shaping high-level strategy and ensuring operational excellence. You will wear many hats and have an owner mentality with a passion for AI and healthcare supply chain. Key attributes in an ideal candidate are grit, resourcefulness, and an ability to handle multiple cross-functional tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Business planning & strategic projects: Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to define, manage, and drive key strategic initiatives, including assessing growth opportunities, conducting market research, and developing execution plans.

  • Executive operations: Lead and facilitate key internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO — driving agendas, aligning stakeholders, surfacing decisions, and ensuring follow-through on action items.

  • Operational excellence: Execute and streamline core operations across customer success, marketing, sales, and product, including customer research, sales operations, marketing collateral, internal data analysis, and customer support initiatives.

  • Cross-functional project leadership: Lead internal special projects end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and accountability.

  • Functional support: Step into priority business areas (e.g., customer success, recruiting, product) to fill operational gaps, drive initiatives, and build scalable processes during periods of growth.

Who You Are

  • 4-8+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as management consulting (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG), investment banking, or high-growth healthcare startups.

  • Healthcare supply chain experience is highly preferred.

  • Strong academic background - MBA preferred, but not required.

  • Willing to work in-person in New York City is preferred, but not required.

  • Founder’s mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Reasons to Join Us

  • Impact: You will have a critical role in shaping the trajectory of the company’s success and growth.

  • Challenge: Incredible learning environment where you will work closely with the CEO, wear many different hats, and make important contributions.

  • Career Growth: Unique opportunity to not only shape our company, but also your own career trajectory and professional growth.

If you’re excited about this opportunity, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest and relevant experience.
