Paid Media Specialist
Tensorwave is seeking a Paid Media Specialist who will be responsible for Developing, Executing, and Optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. They manage budgets, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign results and achieve key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
Budget & Allocation: Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven optimizations.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct keyword research, refine audience targeting strategies, and ensure campaigns reach the right customers.
Creative & Ad Copy: Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests, optimize ad performance, and stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.
Preferred Requirements:
Must reside or be open to relocating to Las Vegas, NV
AS/AA in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Art, or similar discipline, or 2 years in Paid Media Specialization.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and channels.
Proficiency in using ad technology and tools.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative thinking to develop engaging ad campaigns.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets.
Knowledge of relevant marketing metrics and KPIs.
Extra points for experience in a startup and/or technical environment.
Experience with common platforms including, but not limited to: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Other social media and programmatic platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or small to medium sized business.
