Scale AI accelerates the development and deployment of frontier AI across industries and governments. In the public sector, our mission extends beyond technology—we drive AI transformation through trust-building, change enablement, and capacity development. We’re building a new discipline focused on AI adoption, upskilling, and change management that empowers government partners to confidently deploy and scale AI solutions. The Enablement Program Lead is a core role in this vision, turning strategy into execution across national-level initiatives. As an Enablement Program Lead, you will be the operational anchor for upskilling and enablement across AI use cases. You’ll lead the rollout of onboarding kits, training cycles, and early adopter programs that help public sector teams activate and sustain AI solutions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, delivery teams, and government stakeholders to ensure that human enablement keeps pace with technical deployment with adoption as the end goal. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can navigate government complexity, and knows how to drive real change from the ground up. You will: Own enablement rollouts post-scoping—partner with PMs to deliver onboarding kits, pilot training cycles, and early adopter programs (EAPs). Coordinate learning material delivery across engagements, ensuring public sector teams are set up for successful adoption. Develop customer/end user success material including UX/UI feedback guides, surveys, analyse insights to be shared with the PM Establish and manage enablement hubs (e.g., shared drives), tracking training engagement and surfacing learning gaps. Drive storytelling and change narratives, helping stakeholders understand the “why” behind AI transformation. Track impact and iterate on enablement strategies using structured feedback and stakeholder insights. Ideally you'd have: 5+ years experience in program or project management, preferably in public sector transformation, digital adoption, or consulting. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts, with a focus on government clients or highly regulated industries. Comfortable operating between strategic thinking and execution—you set direction and also get things done. Skilled in facilitation, change management, and stakeholder relationship-building. Familiar with behavioral change models, and how to translate them into field-ready interventions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Arabic considered a strong plus. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity, and fast-paced execution. PLEASE NOTE: Our policy requires a 90-day waiting period before reconsidering candidates for the same role. This allows us to ensure a fair and thorough evaluation of all applicants. About Us: At Scale, we believe that the transition from traditional software to AI is one of the most important shifts of our time. Our mission is to make that happen faster across every industry, and our team is transforming how organizations build and deploy AI. Our products power the world's most advanced LLMs, generative models, and computer vision models. We are trusted by generative AI companies such as OpenAI, Meta, and Microsoft, government agencies like the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, and enterprises including GM and Accenture. We are expanding our team to accelerate the development of AI applications. We believe that everyone should be able to bring their whole selves to work, which is why we are proud to be an inclusive and equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability status, gender identity or Veteran status. We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and mental disabilities. About Us
At Encord, we're building the AI infrastructure of the future. The biggest challenge AI companies face today is not half as glamorous as the outside world may think: it's all about data quality. In fact, the success of any AI application today relies on the quality of a model's training data — and for 95% of teams, this essential step is both the most costly, and the most time-consuming, in getting their product to market.
As ex-computer scientists, physicists, and quants, we felt first-hand how the lack of tools to prepare quality training data was impeding the progress of building AI. AI today is what the early days of computing or the internet were like, where the potential of the technology is clear, but the tools and processes surrounding it are still primitive, preventing the next generation of applications. This is why we started Encord.
We are a talented and ambitious team of 75+, working at the cutting edge of computer vision and deep learning, backed by top investors, including CRV and Y Combinator, leading industry executives like Luc Vincent, former VP of AI at Meta, and other top Bay Area leaders in AI. We’ve proven that our AI‑powered drive‑thru ordering solution can reduce service times and increase average check. We’re now scaling those pilots into multi‑market rollouts. The VP of Drive‑Thru will ensure that our solutions achieve operational and guest experience KPIs and drive scaling to more locations—shaping strategy, guiding on‑the‑ground deployments, and ensuring every store hits its KPIs. Provide strategic input to internal Product, Partnerships, Account Management, and Sales teams on market trends and client pain points. Success Metrics On-schedule go-live deployments following SOW execution. Pilot KPI attainment rate across new client engagements. Expansion to hundreds of restaurant locations following pilot completion. We would love to hear from you if: You have 8+ years leading drive‑thru operations or technology deployments for a respected QSR brand or a top‑tier restaurant‑tech vendor with a drive-thru solution focus. You have proven credibility as a client‑facing consultant or executive liaison. You have a track record of managing multi‑site pilot programs and scaling them into enterprise‑wide rollouts. You have prior experience recruiting, leading, and coaching cross‑functional field or implementation teams. You have a deep understanding of drive‑thru operations workflows, audio systems, POS/KDS integrations, and service‑time analytics. You have excellent project‑management chops—able to juggle dozens of locations, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously. You have strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable presenting to C‑suite and frontline crews alike. You have experience building teams. We'd be especially excited if you have: Familiarity with deployment of solutions that utilize conversational AI. Exposure to international QSR markets and multilingual operations. Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent operations credentials. Travel Willing and able to travel frequently (25% ‑ 50 %) to client sites across North America and occasionally to international markets. Occasional travel to company headquarters in Santa Clara, CA for leadership summits and roadmap planning. This position is available for remote work across most of the United States. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
