About Glean: Founded in 2019, Glean is an innovative AI-powered knowledge management platform designed to help organizations quickly find, organize, and share information across their teams. By integrating seamlessly with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, Glean ensures employees can access the right knowledge at the right time, boosting productivity and collaboration. The company’s cutting-edge AI technology simplifies knowledge discovery, making it faster and more efficient for teams to leverage their collective intelligence. Glean was born from Founder & CEO Arvind Jain’s deep understanding of the challenges employees face in finding and understanding information at work. Seeing firsthand how fragmented knowledge and sprawling SaaS tools made it difficult to stay productive, he set out to build a better way - an AI-powered enterprise search platform that helps people quickly and intuitively access the information they need. Since then, Glean has evolved into the leading Work AI platform, combining enterprise-grade search, an AI assistant, and powerful application- and agent-building capabilities to fundamentally redefine how employees work.About the Role: Glean is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager / Creative Producer who will strengthen alignment and operational efficiency across the marketing team. This individual is responsible for driving cross-functional efforts for product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.  This role sits at the intersection of projects, people, and process: you’ll orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs that span product marketing, design, content, field marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, comms, customer marketing, and partner teams. Your work ensures accountability and consistency – all while deftly managing stakeholders and “making it happen” in a fast-moving environment. You will bring a relentless focus on deadlines, clear communication, and a sophisticated capacity to understand the nuances of various teams’ workflows, as well as to design and establish new workflows that drive efficiency. This ensures high-quality delivery and seamless collaboration across teams. We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about AI and is inspired to champion AI-driven transformation wherever possible. The ideal candidate will not only have hands-on experience building AI agents and workflows, but will also bring a spirit of creativity and experimentation to this role – always seeking opportunities to embed AI into workflows to drive meaningful, scalable impact. They should be devoted to continuously exploring and optimizing how AI can be used to solve problems, fuel innovation, and deliver measurable results across ABM campaigns and marketing operations.  You will:  Product Launch Leadership: Lead the cross-functional project management process for Glean’s product launches—from pre-kickoff through go-live—aligning teams around shared priorities, workback timelines, and deliverables. Integrated Campaign Leadership: Own project management for integrated, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring that messaging, assets, and execution are consistent and that vertical/persona initiatives hit all their marks.  Design Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the design team to align creative strategy with campaign objectives, ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets for all launch and campaign phases, and facilitate clear feedback loops that support brand consistency and effective visual communication across channels. Stakeholder & Timeline Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans (done in Asana today) with clear DRIs, milestones, and deadlines. Track dependencies, escalate or remediate risks, and ensure owners and contributors remain aligned and accountable. Communication: Provide regular, timely updates to all stakeholders. Run campaign stand-ups, manage project documents, streamline communications, and navigate change requests and scope shifts with tact.  Quality & Process Improvement: Champion rigor and best practices in project delivery; drive root-cause analyses for missed deadlines, proactively adjust plans, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.  Post-Launch Readouts: Coordinate retrospectives—gather feedback, report on KPIs, and synthesize lessons learned to improve future campaigns and launches.  About you: 5+ years experience managing complex marketing or GTM projects (preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech)  Demonstrated ability to run integrated campaigns or multi-department launches with multiple stakeholders and dependencies Strong timeline/project management rigor—skilled in Asana (or other project management software) and experienced crafting and maintaining workback schedules Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage contributors at all levels and drive alignment toward goals Proficient across martech tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Slack, etc.) Diplomatic yet assertive; skilled at holding people accountable while fostering a collaborative environment Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Tenacious follow-through—able to keep projects moving in the face of ambiguity and competing priorities Location This is a hybrid position based in either our Palo Alto or San Francisco office. Compensation & Benefits: The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits. Why SalesApe?Join SalesApe, one of the fastest-growing AI companies, recognised as a leader in cutting-edge AI technology and backed by over $20 million from top VCs.We’re at the dawn of a powerful evolution, set to transform society with our tech. Our mission? To tackle inequality by empowering a huge market of non-tech SMBs—93% of all businesses, think construction, automotive, real estate, and more. While the tech industry has compounded its growth with computing power, these businesses have been technically starved. With AI agents and our natural language interface technology, we’re unlocking huge productivity gains for our clients. It’s deeply rewarding to see firsthand the transformation in small businesses as they embrace their agent—not just as a tool, but as a trusted, hard-working member of their team. The emotional bond our clients feel toward their agent is undeniable—they often tell us their ‘Ape’ has become part of the family. Our vision is to become the ‘ brain’ of a business spinning out agent worker, freeing up time and simplifying operations, to ensure humans spend more time in real-life interaction. If you’re ready for intense, high-energy, meaningful work, come make a real impact with us at SalesApe Our Vision, Mission and Purpose:As we started building with large language models and AI-powered natural language interfaces, I had an aha moment. It hit me just how significant this inflection point is: compute—the raw power of computers—is now accessible to people who don’t use computers.""And when I thought about that, I realized the closest invention humanity has seen to this shift was electricity. When electricity arrived, it didn’t just light up homes—it transformed industries, democratized wealth, and empowered everyone, from factory owners to farmers, to grow and thrive. Today, with AI, we have the opportunity to do the same for the real economy.""For the last two decades, the tech industry has had an incredible advantage. Computers have been like co-pilots for us, quietly amplifying our productivity and enabling us to grow faster than ever before. But 95% of businesses—builders, plumbers, and real estate agents—have been technically starved. These businesses make up 50% of GDP, five times larger than the entire tech industry, but they’ve never had access to the tools they need to compete.""This is the inequality we’re solving. APE AI is democratizing technology, bringing the power of compute to businesses that have been left behind. And what’s so rewarding is that we’re not just helping faceless corporations—we’re empowering real people. Small business owners who pour their hearts into their work. People whose success directly impacts their families, their communities, and society at large. It’s deeply rewarding to see firsthand the transformation in small businesses as they embrace their agent—not just as a tool, but as a trusted, hard-working member of their team.""For me, this mission is personal. I’ve spent my career building companies that encourage people to connect in real life, to be physically active, and to engage with their communities. This isn’t just about productivity—it’s about health, happiness, and thriving societies. Humans weren’t built to spend their lives staring at screens. We’re wired to interact, to move, to be part of the real world. And what excites me is that Ape AI is helping to make this possible—empowering businesses that create real-world value to thrive at the same pace as the tech giants.""This isn’t just about technology. It’s about fairness. It’s about giving the power of compute to the people who need it most, so they can grow, thrive, and make a difference. That’s our mission, and it’s something we can all be proud of.‍Role Overview:SalesAPE.ai seeks a highly motivated B2B SaaS Client Onboarding Manager to work closely with all new and newly launched clients to support them in their success using AI agents.
