🎤 Why voize? Because we're more than just a job!
At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to admin work that pulls nurses away from what matters most: people.
We’re changing that by building the AI companion that frees nurses from admin, giving them back up to 30% of time. We don’t replace humans - we support and amplify their impact. Today, 1,100+ care facilities trust voize, and over 75,000 nurses rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload.
Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. We combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact!

This is a white canvas problem for someone, who is hungry and who knows how to build deeply technical products from scratch in complex industries, like ours.
🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
Pioneer from zero. Sit with nursing leaders in unfamiliar facilities. Navigate the messy complexity of US healthcare and emerge as the expert who speaks both nurse and EHR architect.
Build the foundation. Lay the groundwork to seed a US product team post-PMF. Your work today becomes tomorrow's playbook.
Build, test, repeat. Craft hypotheses, validate with real users in real workflows. Design discovery frameworks from scratch and learn what nurses truly need versus what they say.
Ship what matters. Define sharp requirements, honest metrics, outcomes that move the business. Iterate with velocity. Every release teaches you something.
Find the unlock. Identify the handful of features that turn skeptics into believers and make PMF inevitable.
Win hearts, one nurse at a time. Make 10 nurses love voize. Then 100. Then 1,000. Scale what works, kill what doesn't.
Move mountains. Treat "no" as a starting point. The best solutions live on the other side of impossible.
Turn insights into momentum. Run scrappy MVP pilots, synthesize messy feedback into a laser-focused roadmap, and prove what's worth scaling.
Navigate technical minefields. Drive EHR integrations where APIs are clunky and documentation is sparse. Make the hard calls that unblock progress.
Shape the business, not just the product. Partner with GTM on pricing and positioning. Your insights inform our long-term US strategy.
