## The Role

We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our presence in Spain and across Europe. You'll be at the forefront of the Agentic AI revolution, working with enterprises to understand their automation challenges and demonstrate how maisa AI's Digital Workers can transform their operations. This role offers significant growth potential in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

## Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across Spain and European markets

- Research and identify potential customers in target industries: financial services, energy, manufacturing, and technology scale-ups

- Engage with technical and business decision-makers through multiple channels

- Understand prospects' automation challenges and articulate maisa AI's unique value proposition

- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transition of qualified opportunities

- Maintain detailed documentation of all prospect interactions in our CRM

- Contribute to the development of regional go-to-market strategies

- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape in enterprise AI and process automation

## Required Qualifications

- Native Spanish speaker with business fluency in English; additional European languages a strong plus

- 2+ years of B2B sales development experience, preferably in enterprise software or technology

- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

- Experience selling to enterprise accounts and navigating complex organizations

- Strong understanding of enterprise software and technology landscape

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

## Desired Qualities

- Understanding of AI, automation, or enterprise software

- Experience with enterprise process automation, RPA, or workflow solutions

- Proven ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical concepts

- Self-starter mentality with strong individual contributor mindset

- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in an emerging market

- Experience using AI tools to enhance sales productivity

- Ability to build relationships with technical and business stakeholders
