The Role
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to build and scale the systems, insights, and strategic frameworks behind our go-to-market motion. You’ll be implementing an AI first backbone of our Sales organization—owning the roadmap for growth infrastructure, unlocking productivity, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions. As we rapidly scale headcount and revenue, you’ll architect the processes and tools that make it all possible.

What You’ll Do

  • Own GTM systems: Be the admin/mastermind behind Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Gong, and other GTM tools; implement workflows, integrations, automations

  • Sales strategy partner: Work closely with Sales leadership on pipeline strategy, coverage modeling, territory design, and quota planning

  • Revenue analytics: Own dashboards, forecasting, funnel metrics, and conversion insights across the full GTM journey

  • Process excellence: Drive repeatability and consistency in deal execution, lead routing, and lifecycle management

  • Scale team operations: Build onboarding, comp tracking, and enablement infrastructure as the team grows from dozens to hundreds

  • Be a force multiplier: Unlock productivity for the entire GTM org—through automation, better data, and smarter systems

What You Bring

  • 4–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or BizOps at a high-growth SaaS company

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce (admin-level) and strong familiarity with Outreach, Gong, Apollo, and other GTM tools

  • Proven ability to support or lead Sales org scaling (team size and revenue) in a fast-changing environment

  • AI first mindset, be familiar with all the latest technologies and how to leverage them

  • Analytical and systems-oriented—you can build dashboards and design process flows

  • Strategic thinker—you understand how pipeline turns into bookings and where to pull the right levers

  • Startup DNA—you bias toward action, build fast, and iterate without ego

  • Excellent communication—you’re equally fluent with AEs, execs, and data schemas

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developer tools, especially use of Windsurf

  • Prior work in Series B/C+ startups with rapidly evolving GTM motions

  • Familiarity with PLG or hybrid sales motions
