About the role
We’re looking for a visually driven, detail-obsessed Web Designer with strong creative instincts and a passion for storytelling through design. In this role, you’ll elevate our brand and product presence across all touchpoints—web, product, social, and video—while crafting visually compelling assets that reflect our creative vision and speak directly to our audience. If you’re energized by the intersection of design, motion, and cutting-edge AI tools, we want to hear from you.
You will
Craft high-impact visuals across product interfaces, campaigns, content, and branded assets.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to define visual direction.
Elevate the design quality of our digital presence—social graphics, web pages, app motion, and video motion.
Translate complex ideas into clean, expressive visuals with a strong sense of hierarchy and storytelling.
Contribute to motion template creation for short-form video generation within our product.
Own and evolve visual guidelines and asset libraries for consistency and scalability.
Contribute to the creative pulse of the brand—always pushing visual boundaries.
About you
You have strong visual design skills and an eye for detail, hierarchy, and typography.
You design with systems thinking, ensuring visuals are cohesive across surfaces and scales.
You communicate clearly and work collaboratively across disciplines.
You’re adaptable and can switch between detailed UI polish and high-level creative direction.
You’re curious about video and motion, and eager to explore how visuals influence storytelling in dynamic media.
You should
Have a strong portfolio demonstrating visual, motion and web design experience.
Be proficient in Figma, with experience building responsive layouts and reusable components.
(Preferred) Be familiar with video editing and motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Rive), with the ability to design for video templates used in short-form formats like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Understand the design needs of content creators and video-first platforms.
Be fluent in English with strong visual communication skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment and take ownership of your work.

Onsite 5 days a week in Palo Alto/ San Francisco/ Vancouver
