Who we are looking for

Location: Los Angles or San Francisco Bay Area, CA

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in enhancing our sales operations and automation, generating leads and executing creative outbound campaigns. If you're eager to develop sales skills in a fast-growing AI startup, enjoy solving problems creatively, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize and automate sales workflows to streamline the outbound sales and demand generation process.

  • Prospect and engage with potential clients to generate high-quality leads.

  • Build and scale account lists efficiently, and run innovative and cost-efficient outbound campaigns to drive outbound pipeline growth and expand market reach.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights.

  • Utilize and implement sales automation tools like Zapier, Clay, and sales prospecting tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years+ of experience in a sales or related role.

  • Quick learner, highly organized and attention to detail.

  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and skills in sales and technology.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Experience working for a startup or corporation in the media space is a plus

  • Available to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed.

  • Bonus: familiar with sales tech stacks like automation tools like Clay, Zapier, sales prospecting tools and cold email tools.
