We design intelligent systems that automate and accelerate revenue workflows across the entire customer lifecycle. As an early design leader, you’ll shape not only the product, but the culture, processes, and design foundations of the company. We’re operating in the messy, high-velocity reality of a Series A company: rapid iteration, fast decision-making, no bureaucratic guardrails, and enormous ownership. You will be one of the earliest design leaders and will set the bar for product excellence across the organization.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Designer who can operate as a hybrid product strategist, systems thinker, prototyper, and design leader. You will work on complex, multi-layered AI workflows, define interaction models for autonomous agents, and craft intuitive experiences for GTM teams that rely on clarity, speed, and trust. This role requires deep experience designing for ambiguous problem spaces, driving cross-functional collaboration, and owning UX from discovery to final craft. You will set quality standards, influence product vision, and mentor other designers as the team scales. What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end UX for some of the company’s most strategic AI-powered workflows.Translate ambiguous product opportunities into clear, structured UX strategies and interaction models.Partner tightly with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to define user journeys, prototypes, and system behaviors.Design multi-step flows, data-rich interfaces, and scalable design patterns for complex GTM use cases.Drive user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and refine product decisions.Develop a coherent design system that can scale as the product expands.Raise the bar for design quality across the organization—both through hands-on craft and mentorship.Help define the long-term product vision and roadmap from a UX-led perspective.Serve as a bridge between near-term execution and long-term strategic thinking.Who You AreA Strategic DesignerYou think in systems and flows, not just screens.
