Required: Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, key-value and document stores at scale (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, ). Experience working with data warehouse, data lakes, and the associated ETL and reporting tools (e.g., AWS Redshift, Matillion, , Tableau, Looker). Expertise and understanding of architectures needed to build business-centric reports from complex data. Demonstrable data and reporting problem-solving, and data modeling ability. Good knowledge around GDPR compliance, international data governance and security, including how AI tools can assist in these areas. 2+ years of relevant industry experience. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with cross-functional teams. Ability to clearly communicate and present to internal and external stakeholders.   NiCE to have, but not essential: Experience architecting database solutions in AWS with AWS Step Functions. Database and ETL automation experience. Experience with column-based and graph-based databases like Cassandra and Neo4J. The Engineer will report to the Manager, Infrastructure Cloud Operations while acting as part of the Database Team managing the databases in On-Prem data centers and AWS Cloud. AWS console administration New deployment tasks for databases & RDS services AWS RDS DB health check & availability checks using tools like CloudWatch and performance Insight. We are looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Configuration Engineer to manage and implement design changes during prototype, pilot, and production builds. This role requires an organized, technical, and driven individual who can perform and/or coordinate change impact analysis, effectively deliver information and knowledge, manage tasks and and resources, and support effective product development and production processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and feels pride and ownership of information accuracy. Responsibilities: Manage the MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials): Ensure accuracy, completeness, and availability of all components needed for each build. Track implementation of ECNs and design changes, ensuring all updates are reflected in the MBOM and process documentation Perform or coordinate change impact analysis Identify and resolve defects in part metadata, including revision discrepancies, missing attributes, or incomplete structures Collaborate with design, supply chain, and build teams to validate that build content matches design intent Support build readiness by confirming all required parts and consumables are represented in the MBOM Help drive effective change management workflows and participate in continuous improvement of PLM processes Requirements:  1+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or project management. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM management, and supply chain logistics. Strong understanding of PLM systems and release workflows Strong understanding of change management principles and concepts such as CAs, ECOs, ECNs, and Issues. Proficiency in CAD, BOM,and configuration management authoring tools (3DExperience (3DX) Enovia, Delmia, and CATIA experience is strongly preferred) Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and MES tools.
