Who we are:
Aleph Alpha’s mission is to deliver sovereign, human-centric AI to governmental institutions and large enterprises. To that end, we deliver category-defining AI innovation that enables open, accessible, and trustworthy deployment of GenAI in industrial applications. Our organization develops foundational models and next-generation methods that make it easy and affordable for Aleph Alpha’s customers to increase productivity in development, engineering, logistics, and manufacturing processes.
The role:
As a Developer Advocate in our Research organization, your mission is to amplify the impact of our publications and model releases by building, engaging, and promoting our research community. This means you will be working closely with our research scientists and engineers to make sure our output is accessible and visible in deeply technical AI/LLM academic and industry communities. Within this scope, you are in the driving seat: your success is measured by the impact you have, and your role is to derive how to make that impact.
You’ll contribute to a breadth of initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; one week, you might be organizing our participation in a major conference; another week, you’ll lead a growth campaign on our upcoming release.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an engaged developer community around Aleph Alpha’s AI and LLM technologies
Organize and participate in digital and in-person community events, webinars, forums, and social media platforms to facilitate discussions and share knowledge
Act as a liaison between the community and our research teams, gathering feedback and insights to drive continuous product improvement
Analyze community feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, advocating for community needs in product roadmap discussions
Engage academic partners through organizing targeted events and presentations.
Monitor and report on community engagement and growth metrics
