Backed by a young principal with a long investment horizon, we combine a broad mandate with advanced analytics and AI-driven processes to transform how investments are researched, underwritten, and managed. Our team brings experience from top roles across private markets, hedge funds, commodity trading, and global asset management.
We are hiring a Director of Analytics & Research to play a pivotal role in shaping our investment strategy and risk framework. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who wants to innovate at the intersection of technology, research, and investing. This role is based in Houston, TX, and relocation assistance is available.

What You’ll Do
Lead research on macroeconomic, geopolitical, and sectoral trends.
Design and manage risk frameworks, including stress-testing.
Build dashboards for portfolio monitoring and performance attribution.
Oversee data collection and ensure consistency of research inputs.
Partner with the investment team to integrate insights into deal evaluation
Present findings to the CIO and Investment Committee
What We’re Looking For
10+ years’ experience in research, strategy, consulting, or investment management
Strong background in financial markets and economics (private capital experience a plus)
Interest in applying AI/data science to investment research
Comfort with tools like Python, SQL, NLP models, LLMs, and visualization platforms
Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
An advanced degree and/or CFA are preferred but not required.
