About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on FP&A Manager with strong financial modeling and analytical skills to join our team at our Las Vegas HQ. This role reports directly to the EVP of Finance and will play a key role in building and scaling the company’s financial planning and reporting processes. The ideal candidate has prior startup or high-growth company experience, preferably in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or cloud-based industries, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Advanced Excel and multi-scenario modeling capabilities are required.
Responsibilities:
Lead company-wide financial planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
Build and maintain multi-scenario financial models to support strategic decision making in an IaaS environment.
Provide detailed variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Develop management reporting packages and KPI dashboards for internal stakeholders and investors.
Partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization (Sales, Engineering, Operations) to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment of financial goals.
Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
Support financial due diligence and reporting for fundraising, board meetings, and external audits.
Continuously improve financial processes and tools to support scalability and operational excellence.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
Prior experience in IaaS, cloud infrastructure, or related technology sectors preferred.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with expertise in multi-scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to operational drivers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and BI tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
