Persona AI is developing and commercializing rugged, multi-purpose humanoid robots that perform real work. Your Role:
As a Robot Operator, you’ll spend your time hands on with our humanoid robots and robot arms, guiding them through tasks, capturing training data, and providing feedback to our engineering team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who love technology, are comfortable with computers, and have a knack for learning new systems quickly.
If you’ve spent time playing video games, tinkering with tech, or explaining new apps to friends and family, you might be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Operate robots to help them learn new skills.
Follow task instructions and give feedback on robot performance.
Work with computer-based control systems to guide robots through activities.
Keep accurate notes on what works and what doesn’t.
What We’re Looking For
Age 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Strong communication skills — both speaking and writing.
Comfortable using computers, gaming controllers, or similar devices.
Attention to detail and willingness to follow step-by-step instructions.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained.
Availability to work at least a few hours per day, several days per week.
Nice to Have
Experience with PC or console video games.
Familiarity with basic computer troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems
A basic understanding of robotics.
