Working Hours: 40 hs - Full time - Monday to Friday Required Overlap: 9 AM–3 PM PST
Compensation: $5,000- $7,000/month (DOE)

About the Role
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will shape the future of our platform by implementing AI agents, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and integrating machine learning (ML) capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small but highly ambitious team, where your work will have a direct impact on the product, customers, and company trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and deployment of AI agents to enhance platform features and efficiency.
Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) to align with specific use cases and customer needs.
Design and implement ML algorithms to power innovative solutions for content quality scoring, style enforcement, and workflow automation.
Collaborate closely with founders to identify and prioritize AI-driven solutions.
Establish best practices and contribute to the long-term AI/ML roadmap.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in AI and ML development, with demonstrated expertise in deploying production-grade solutions.
2 years of experience building applications using LLMs.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications.
Proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; committed to continuous learning about emerging technologies and best practices.
Experience utilizing AI tooling to enhance daily engineering efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Google Cloud tools for AI/ML deployment and scalability.
Familiarity with data pipeline development and data engineering.
