Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Working Hours: 40 hs - Full time - Monday to Friday Required Overlap: 9 AM–3 PM PST

Compensation: $5,000- $7,000/month (DOE)

About the Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will shape the future of our platform by implementing AI agents, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and integrating machine learning (ML) capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small but highly ambitious team, where your work will have a direct impact on the product, customers, and company trajectory.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and deployment of AI agents to enhance platform features and efficiency.

  • Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) to align with specific use cases and customer needs.

  • Design and implement ML algorithms to power innovative solutions for content quality scoring, style enforcement, and workflow automation.

  • Collaborate closely with founders to identify and prioritize AI-driven solutions.

  • Establish best practices and contribute to the long-term AI/ML roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in AI and ML development, with demonstrated expertise in deploying production-grade solutions.

  • 2 years of experience building applications using LLMs.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript.

  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications.

  • Proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.

  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; committed to continuous learning about emerging technologies and best practices.

  • Experience utilizing AI tooling to enhance daily engineering efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud tools for AI/ML deployment and scalability.

  • Familiarity with data pipeline development and data engineering.
