Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly specialized Solutions Principal, who will serve as both an advocate and evangelist within the Insurance Sector. This role demands a profound understanding of the Insurance industry, combined with an expert ability to translate AI technology into tangible business impacts. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, capable of forging strong relationships, identifying industry-specific challenges, and articulating how our AI solutions can drive transformation and value. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the go-to expert and thought leader for Insurance, maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities

  • Develop and implement strategies to evangelize our solutions within the industry, demonstrating their impact and value proposition

  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry groups, to establish our brand as a leader in solutions for Insurance

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs and challenges of the industry, ensuring they deliver maximum business impact

  • Lead educational and advocacy initiatives, such as speaking engagements, workshops, and whitepapers, to increase industry awareness and adoption of our technologies

  • Provide strategic insights to the company leadership on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities

  • Monitor and report on the performance of industry-specific initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance strategies

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to Banking/Insurance, Business, or Technology. Additional qualifications in AI or Data Science are highly advantageous. 

  • Extensive experience in Insurance, with a deep understanding of its dynamics, regulatory environment, and key business drivers. 

  • Proven experience in a role requiring the translation of technology solutions into business value, preferably with exposure to AI or related technologies. 

  • Strong network within Insurance, with a track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships. 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 

  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute industry-specific strategies. 

  • Demonstrated leadership and influence in driving initiatives and gaining buy-in across various stakeholder groups. 

  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients, attend industry events, and support sales and marketing efforts.
