Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our Product Marketing team and help shape how we tell the story of our deep tech products. You’ll be the bridge between complex engineering concepts and clear, compelling narratives that resonate with developers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders alike.

If you thrive on simplifying technical topics, enjoy collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing teams, and want to influence how next-generation AI and software products are communicated, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly and comprehensive documentation such as user, admin and developer guides, tutorials, installation and configuration guides, API references (Swagger) and release notes.

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex features and workflows into accessible, high-impact content.

  • Create documentation frameworks, taxonomies, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Conduct user research to identify gaps and improve documentation usability.

  • Manage version-controlled documentation using tools like Antora, AsciiDoc, Git, Github and Markdown

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers on product naming, positioning, client-facing collateral, and blog content.

  • Act as an advocate for documentation in cross-functional meetings and product roadmaps.

  • Maintain a translation tool chain (such as Weblate) for documentation and UI text translation.

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in technical writing for software, SaaS, or enterprise products

  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from developers and AI engineers to business decision-makers.

  • Hands-on experience with Markdown, Git, and content/documentation management systems (e.g., Confluence, Antora, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST principles, UI / UX design and core programming concepts.

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or DevOps workflows.

  • Background or strong interest in AI technologies.

  • Experience managing localization and multilingual documentation workflows is a plus.

  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while staying self-motivated.
