Key Responsibilities:- Design and conduct realistic leadership scenarios reflective of first-line supervision in law enforcement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert law enforcement operations into clear, actionable workflows.- Assess and enhance AI training modules to ensure they align with current legal, ethical, and procedural standards.- Mentor AI systems by giving feedback on scenario responses encompassing coordination, ethics, and communication.- Document and report findings to aid in the ongoing improvement of public safety solutions.- Advocate for best practices in crisis management, use-of-force decisions, and team supervision.- Provide insights to enhance the realism and effectiveness of AI-driven incident management applications.
