Job Description:

As an Account Executive at TensorWave, you’ll lead the charge in expanding our market presence by proactively targeting and acquiring new customers through strategic outbound sales. This hunter role demands a deep understanding of AI/ML and GPU infrastructure to pitch TensorWave’s AMD GPU Cloud solutions to both technical and business decision-makers. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—prospecting, pipeline building, and deal-closing—while collaborating with Solutions Architects, Marketing, and Engineering to craft winning strategies. If you’re driven by results, passionate about AI, and excel at closing deals in the $5M-$20M ARR range, this is your chance to shape the future of AI computing.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement outbound strategies (cold-calling, emailing, social selling) to secure high-value deals with AI and HPC industry leaders.

  • Target C-level executives, VPs, Directors, and Machine Learning Managers.

  • Build and sustain a robust pipeline with 3-4x quota coverage through relentless outreach.

  • Maintain meticulous records and forecasts in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.

  • Engage technical buyers by showcasing how TensorWave’s AMD GPU Cloud boosts AI/ML performance.

  • Customize demos and proposals to solve customer challenges like faster training or scalable inference.

  • Team up with Marketing to produce targeted content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies) that resonates with AI/ML prospects.

  • Partner with Solutions Architects to create tailored presentations and proposals.

  • Travel up to 25% to meet senior engineering and business leaders, delivering impactful presentations and forging strong relationships.

  • Sync with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align sales efforts with customer needs and company goals, driving measurable revenue growth.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years in technical sales with a consistent history of smashing outbound sales quotas.

  • 3-5+ years selling to startups and enterprises, preferably in AI/ML, GPU infrastructure, or IaaS.

  • Proven success closing deals valued at $5M-$20M ARR

  • Solid grasp of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), GPU solutions, and cloud services. (Knowledge of AMD GPU technology is a bonus.)

  • Mastery of pipeline generation, outbound tactics, and managing 3-6 month sales cycles.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, or equivalent CRM platforms.

  • High-energy, adaptable, and results-focused—excels in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and self-improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience through online certifications, bootcamps, or self-directed learning.
