About the Role:

At Cresta, shipping AI is only half the story. Deploying it successfully is where the real impact happens.

As an AI Deployment Manager, you’ll own the moment where cutting-edge AI becomes real-world results. You’ll lead customer deployments end-to-end, turning ambitious AI initiatives into live, adopted solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This role is perfect for someone who loves leading complex projects, working directly with customers, and seeing technology make a tangible difference. You’ll be hands-on, customer-facing, and deeply embedded in how Cresta delivers value at scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end AI deployments, from kickoff to successful launch

  • Own project planning, timelines, execution, and delivery across customer implementations

  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, helping translate business goals into successful AI deployments

  • Deploy and operationalize AI models across Cresta’s platform in partnership with internal teams

    • Including rules-based models, summarization, generative knowledge assistance, and more

  • Drive value realization, ensuring deployments deliver measurable results — not just go-live dates

  • Guide customers confidently through every phase of deployment, keeping momentum high and stakeholders aligned

  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams

  • Anticipate risks, solve problems, and keep complex initiatives moving forward

Compensation at Cresta:

Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

Compensation for this position includes a Base salary + Bonus + Equity.

Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
