About The Role

EliseAI is looking for an AI Engagement Manager to lead strategic relationships within our Ownership Group vertical — driving measurable value across large real estate portfolios. In this role, you’ll help institutional owners and leading asset managers harness AI to transform operations, centralize decision-making, and improve asset performance.

You’ll serve as a long-term strategic partner, guiding organizations through AI deployment, adoption, and ROI realization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that shapes how EliseAI delivers value at scale for owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of high-value and complex accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and deliver measurable ROI

  • Lead data-driven conversations that tie AI performance to client KPIs and long-term objectives

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and ownership stakeholders, aligning AI strategy with portfolio objectives

  • Develop executive-facing materials, including performance reviews, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations, to communicate business impact and guide client decision-making

  • Create and present success stories to enable Sales, Marketing, and Product teams with data-backed client insights and case studies

  • Guide clients through implementation, aligning on business goals and ensuring quick time-to-value

  • Design repeatable strategies to support product rollout and long-term success across customer types

  • Provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations to continuously improve the platform

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in asset management (real estate preferred), consulting or client strategy within a tech or startup environment

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to advise clients on business transformation initiatives

  • Analytical mindset with a knack for turning insights into strategic recommendations

  • Excited by emerging technology and passionate about the real-world impact of AI

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to build playbooks and processes from scratch

  • Must thrive in working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 (OTE $132,500 - $172,000). EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and commission for the role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
