Job Description

TL;DR - We’re looking for an AI PM-in-Residence to help companies reimagine how they build with AI. You’ll advise leaders, design proof-of-concepts, and turn ambitious ideas into working products that transform how teams operate.

Why Lovable?

Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Over 2 million people in 200+ countries already use Lovable to launch businesses, automate work, and bring their ideas to life. And we’re just getting started.

We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

What we’re looking for

As an AI Product Manager-in-Residence at Lovable, you’ll operate as both a strategic advisor and a builder — helping executives and product teams reimagine how they ideate, prototype, and launch in an AI-native world.

Think of this as AI Product Management-as-a-Service: part transformation consultant, part creative technologist.

You’ll guide C-level stakeholders through what’s possible with AI, design proof-of-concepts that bring those visions to life, and help organizations evolve how they operate, from quarterly planning cycles to daily experimentation loops.

What you’ll do

  • Advise executives on the future of work: Partner with design, product, and innovation leaders to identify where AI can drive speed, creativity, and leverage across teams.

  • Lead strategic discovery workshops: Run sessions with cross-functional leaders to uncover opportunities for AI-powered transformation — from faster prototyping to automated data exploration.

  • Design and deliver AI-native apps: Translate strategic goals into working prototypes and internal tools that demonstrate new ways of operating.

  • Build the bridge between business and engineering: Act as the connective tissue between C-suite vision and technical execution, ensuring outcomes, not outputs.

  • Run iteration and learning loops: Establish continuous feedback cycles with customers and Lovable’s product team to evolve both the client’s workflows and Lovable’s core platform.

  • Measure and communicate impact: Define metrics that quantify acceleration — time-to-prototype, decision velocity, adoption — and translate them into business outcomes.

  • Shape the narrative: Serve as a thought partner and storyteller who can inspire executives about the future of AI-native product development.

Example engagements

As an AI product manager at Lovable, you might:

  • Accelerate data analysis and dashboard creation:
A Fortune 100 product team, frustrated by slow internal analytics, used Lovable to build an AI Data Explorer that connects directly to their databases and auto-generates interactive dashboards for experiment insights. You guided leadership on how to restructure their experimentation workflow around AI speed.

  • Enterprise tooling for complex environments:
A global fintech enterprise leveraged Lovable to create secure, AI-built internal tools connected to self-hosted systems. You helped the CTO’s office develop an AI adoption roadmap and operating model for internal app development.

  • Rapid prototyping for new product concepts:
A large consumer brand’s innovation team used Lovable to test new digital product ideas within days. You partnered with design leadership to redefine their product validation process — from months-long design cycles to weekly prototype sprints.

Each engagement blends advisory and execution: you’re not just delivering apps — you’re shaping how entire organizations build, decide, and ship in an AI-native era.

You’ll thrive here if you

  • Have 7-10 years of experience in Product Management or strategic technology consulting.

  • Combine executive presence with technical fluency — comfortable advising C-level leaders and diagramming architectures in the same meeting.

  • Are a systems thinker who connects AI capabilities to business outcomes, team design, and operating cadence.

  • Have led or advised AI or digital transformation programs at scale.

  • Thrive in ambiguity and love turning complex customer environments into structured, repeatable success stories.

  • Care deeply about craft, clarity, and human impact — ensuring AI makes work faster and more meaningful.
