About the role

We help customer-obsessed brands like Allbirds, Brooklinen, and FIGS scale empathy with AI agents that automate support, shopping, and insights—without losing the human touch.

We work with some of the most innovative brands in the world. Their results are extraordinary—fewer tickets, happier customers, higher CSAT, massive savings—and yet, we don't talk about it enough. That’s where you come in.

The mission

Turn Siena’s customer impact into stories the world can’t ignore. You’ll own our case studies, testimonials, customer stories and virtual events end-to-end—from capturing insights to turning them into scroll-stopping content. Your job is to make sure every week, the world hears how our customers win with Siena.

What you'll do

  • Own customer storytelling. Work directly with our customers and partners to capture their stories: what challenges they faced, why they chose Siena, and what changed after they did.

  • Create weekly customer content. Publish short and long-form content every week—from case studies and video snippets to reels, blog posts, and presentation slides.

  • Turn interviews into multi-channel assets. Convert calls, transcripts, and event footage into written stories, short videos, decks, and posts for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales, CX, and Partnerships to identify stories worth telling and make sure they’re told everywhere.

  • Repurpose event content. After every AI Lab, dinner, or partner event, turn insights into content that educates and inspires the ecommerce community.

  • Experiment with AI tools. Use video, writing, and design AI tools to scale your output—fast.

  • Build relationships. Interview customers with empathy and curiosity, building trust that leads to authentic, high-impact storytelling.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Are a student or early in your career and want to learn fast by working directly with a startup team

  • Love storytelling and people. You’re genuinely curious about how brands grow and how AI is changing their world.

  • Love social media (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Reddit)

  • Can edit video (CapCut, Premiere, or your favorite tool).

  • Can design and write—enough to make things look and sound great without waiting on someone else.

  • Know how to use AI tools to amplify your creativity (Runway, Gamma, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Opus etc).

  • Think like a marketer and act like a creator.

  • Move fast, stay organized, and love shipping.

  • Enjoy working in a startup where speed, trust, and ownership matter.

What success looks like

  • New case studies and customer videos published weekly

  • Consistent stream of short-form content from customer interviews, events, and partner collaborations

  • Every new logo gets amplified publicly

  • Our website, socials, and YouTube become living proof of our impact

  • You are comfortable on camera or hosting interviews
