About Abridge
Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.
Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems.
We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

We’re seeking someone who can collaborate closely with the marketing team, deliver high-quality content on tight timelines, and help maintain consistency in voice and messaging across projects.
This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating closely across marketing disciplines and with sales to support campaigns that resonate with complex buying committees and other key audiences, addressing their concerns and priorities throughout the enterprise and strategic sales cycle.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and subject-matter experts to translate complex healthcare/AI topics into clear, compelling narratives.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape storytelling frameworks for new campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, giving final polish and copy support as necessary.
Manage multiple assignments at once, hitting deadlines with review-ready copy.
Qualifications
4-6 years of professional writing or copywriting experience (journalism, agency, tech/AI/SaaS, healthcare preferred; healthcare AI highly preferred).
Clips demonstrating versatility.
Ability to make complex technical or scientific material engaging and accessible.
Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and consistency.
Collaborative, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Comfortable taking feedback, making revisions, or restarting projects.
Must be located in New York City or San Francisco and available for in-person meetings as needed.
