Who we're looking for
We need an experienced engineer (5+ years) who's done real work at startups before. Taking products from 0 to 1 then to scale, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and shipping what matters most to our clients and the markets.

The work
You'll build full stack systems (we care a lot about the Backend) and AI features that investment bankers and other financial professionals rely on daily.
This means:
Architecting secure, scalable services (Python/TS/Bun/Postgres/Azure/Anthropic/OpenAI)
Working with sensitive financial data responsibly
Making quick decisions with imperfect information
Building features that directly impact customers today, not someday
