About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Telco & Media vertical to drive new business with leading telecommunications providers, cable operators, wireless carriers, media conglomerates, and BPO partners serving these industries. Your mission is to show how Sanas delivers measurable ROI—reducing call handling time, improving customer experience, and driving operational efficiency in high-volume, highly competitive markets.
You will be part of a verticalized sales team, reporting into senior leadership, and expected to build the Telco & Media sales motion from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who quickly builds meaningful relationships, thrives in category creation, can navigate complex compliance requirements, and understands the unique dynamics of the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Own a defined Telco & Media vertical territory (Bay Area preferred).Build and close new business with enterprise telecommunications and media organizations: telcos, cable operators, wireless carriers, and media platforms.Drive multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executives in CX, Operations, Revenue.Navigate HIPAA and InfoSec processes, ensuring trust in Sanas’ platform.Contribute to the vertical playbook—documenting sales motions, objection handling, and ROI proof points unique to Telco & Media.Achieve $1.5M+ in new ARR annually, with a mix of direct contracts and BPO-led engagements.Maintain extraordinary Salesforce discipline and provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and deal strategy reviews.Stay ahead of trends in telecom transformation, media customer experience, and technology adoption.
Qualifications
7+ years of enterprise SaaS/AI/technology sales experience with specific focus on Telco & Media (telecommunications providers, cable, wireless, or media enterprises).Proven success selling contact center, CX, CCaaS, or operations services or technology into Telco & Media organizations.Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas.Deep familiarity with enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and compliance requirements in Telco & Media.Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder $500K+ ARR enterprise deals.Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders + personal Rolodex of influencers in Telco & Media.High energy, self-starter mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-growth, category-creating environment.Desire to travelLocation: Bay Area
