We are looking for a BU leader for OpusClip who wants full business ownership inside a high velocity AI company and is ready to operate at founder level. OpusClip is the world’s No. 1 AI clipping tool, a growth stage product with real scale, revenue, and brand credibility across creators, businesses, and the media industry. This role is about building on that foundation and driving the next S-curve at startup speed.
What You’ll Own:
You are the business owner of OpusClip. Strategy, execution, and outcomes are on you.
You hold full P & L. Revenue growth, margin, pricing, packaging, and cost discipline. You build the operating plan and you deliver it.
You lead the product and growth initiatives end to end. You strategize the roadmap, choose the bets, decide what not to build, and tie every move to a clear metric or a well formed hypothesis.
You drive a tight cross-functional BU across product, AI, engineering, design, growth, and customer experience. You align everyone around a clear vision and effective OKRs.
You translate AI into durable advantage. You push quality, speed, reliability, and cost efficiency, and you turn model progress into creator value and business uplift.
You act as OpusClip’s external face when needed. You build relationships with top creators, brands, and partners, and you shape how the market understands our edge.
Our Ideal "GMF":
You are a product rooted business leader with entrepreneurial spirit.
You have 8-15 years of experience with real 1 to 10 scaling wins. You have taken a product with traction and grown it into a much larger business. 0 to 1 experience is a plus.
You come from creation or creator tools, or you have lived close to creators and understand their workflows, pain, and distribution. Being a creator yourself is a huge plus.
You have owned meaningful outcomes. Revenue, retention, monetization. You are the person who carries the number.
You are AI fluent. You understand what modern models can and cannot do, how to evaluate quality, how to manage cost and latency, and how to productize AI, so users feel magic without fragility.
You are global by default. You have built or scaled products for global markets, and you know how localization, pricing, and GTM change by region.
You thrive in ambiguity and move fast without excuses. You roll up your sleeves when needed, create structure from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and high accountability.
You bring strong leadership presence. You can push for clarity, make hard calls, and raise the bar while keeping teams aligned and moving.
First 12 Months, What Great Looks Like:
You deliver fast, sustainable revenue growth for OpusClip while owning the full P & L. You run a clear operating plan, execute relentlessly against the numbers, grow profitably, manage costs and unit economics, and make disciplined investment tradeoffs as you tighten margins over time.
You define and drive a winning product strategy, with a clear view of where to play and how to win, grounded in global market reality and AI advantage. You evolve OpusClip into a multi-use case platform, and secure leading positions in new segments.
You build a battle ready BU team. Level up the core leaders across product, growth, data, and ops, set a high output culture, and run a tight cadence that keeps startup speed while scaling the business.
