This Role

Norm is hiring its first Growth Marketer. In this role, you’ll own the entire growth marketing funnel, from identifying and standing up new channels, optimizing existing ones, and leveraging data to inform our go-to-market strategy. You will work across Sales, Marketing, and Product to build and scale a best-in-class growth engine.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, ABM, event, and experimental channels to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

  • Architect and execute ABM strategies in close partnership with Sales to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

  • Report regularly on KPIs, experiment outcomes, and pipeline contribution to the leadership team.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Leadership to optimize lead handoff and measure revenue impact across the funnel.

  • Build and manage our marketing tech stack (Hubspot, Clay, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and more).

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience building and optimizing growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, ABM, and event channels.

  • Comfortable owning the funnel from traffic to conversion.

  • Structured analytical mindset, you love structuring experiments and telling a story with data.

  • Entrepreneurial and experimental and not afraid to try (and fail at) new ideas.

  • Experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Figma is a plus.

Nice to Haves

  • Have experience scaling growth marketing in a fast-growing sales-led startup, particularly in AI and/or B2B SaaS.

  • Have a track record of building and executing ABM programs in close collaboration with Sales.

  • Have a strong network in the growth marketing community and stay current on the latest trends, tools, and innovations, especially in AI and marketing automation.

  • Demonstrated success using AI in your day-to-day workflow

Comp: $150,000-200,000

Plus equity.

We embrace a flexible hybrid model, typically in-office 3-4 days per week.
