Description
We’re now seeking a Head of Growth—a highly technical and creative leader who can build our growth engine from the ground up, redesign and optimize our digital presence, and partner across marketing, sales, product, and engineering to deliver measurable pipeline impact.
This is not a “set it and forget it” marketing role. This is for a builder—someone eager to run experiments, partner closely with developers to ship impactful website changes, rewire data and analytics systems, and move fast to find what works. If you thrive in the white space of early-stage startups, this role offers the chance to architect and scale Lumana’s growth strategy while pioneering new approaches in AI video security.
Location & Travel
Remote - U.S.; may include some travel for customer visits, events, and field engagement.
Responsibilities
Own the Growth Strategy: Architect and execute full-funnel strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
Build Landing Pages & Optimize the Website: Hands-on ability to improve conversion rates, site performance, and SEO; and collaborate closely with developers to implement technical improvements.
Build Data Infrastructure: Integrate and unify marketing/sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics, attribution) to ensure full-funnel visibility, ROI tracking, and areas of improvement.
Run Paid Acquisition & ABM: Build lead magnets and manage, optimize, and scale paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs, ABM platforms like ZoomInfo MarketingOS) while designing account-based campaigns that align tightly with sales.
SEO & Content Growth: Develop a repeatable content strategy that drives organic pipeline; identify high-intent keywords, build content, launch experiments, and scale what works.
Design Growth Systems & Run Experiments: Build new demand gen systems utilizing innovative growth strategies. Hypothesize, test, analyze, and iterate across existing and new channels to unlock new levels of growth.
Partner with Sales: Build aligned ABM campaigns, deliver account lists, and ensure SDR/AE teams are armed with sequenced, high-quality leads.
Channel Enablement: Support partner growth with demand gen campaigns, lead-sharing, and enablement programs.
Hands-On Builder Mentality: Build the systems and campaigns needed to drive growth without relying on contractors or agencies.
Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Report on growth metrics that matter—pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, ROI—while cutting through vanity metrics.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Explore emerging platforms, growth hacks, and AI-driven tools to maintain Lumana’s competitive edge.

Qualifications
Must Have
5+ years of growth marketing/demand generation leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in enterprise or security technology.
SEO: Proven track record driving pipeline through SEO; must be able to show direct personal involvement (not just managing an agency).
ABM: Hands-on experience designing and executing ABM campaigns, including account list building, targeting, and integration with SDR/AE workflows.
Paid Channels: Direct management of paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs, etc.) with clear ownership of budget (include typical monthly spend in your resume/cover letter). Must show how you attributed pipeline/revenue directly to paid efforts.
Proven ability to build website content, improve website conversion rates, and collaborate with developers to build funnels that drive growth
Demonstrated success in unifying data systems (e.g., HubSpot + Salesforce) and building end-to-end ROI tracking.
Builder mentality: ability to operate independently, roll up sleeves, and scale quickly in a startup environment.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales, developers, and product teams.
Analytical mindset and fluency in performance metrics—obsessed with testing, learning, and iterating.
Nice to Have
Experience with ZoomInfo MarketingOS, DSPs, or advanced ABM platforms.
Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or security technology.
