What we’re looking for
Experience leading GTM Ops, RevOps, or Growth Engineering in a fast-scaling SaaS or AI startup
Strong command of sales systems, data architecture, and GTM analytics
Track record building automation, tooling, and processes that drive revenue efficiency
Analytical thinker with deep fluency in SQL, dashboards, and forecasting models
Builder mindset - you see GTM systems as products and engineer for scale, not patchwork
Skilled cross-functional partner who aligns Sales, Marketing, and Product around shared metrics
Bonus: hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or custom GTM integrations
What you’ll do
Architect and lead Lovable’s GTM systems - from CRM design to reporting, automations, and integrations
Build clean, actionable GTM data to enable precision forecasting and revenue visibility
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on territory design, capacity planning, and performance tracking
Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools to accelerate productivity, data integrity, and decision-making
Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that make business health instantly visible
Run annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning headcount, pipeline, and investment priorities
Drive continuous improvement - automating work, reducing friction, and scaling what works
