About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Integration/Implementation QA Engineer with a history of attention to detail and passion for quality as we bring our next-gen platform to the world.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime for an Integration/Implementation QA Engineer who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As the Integration/Implementation QA Engineer you’ll perform comprehensive manual testing and data analysis, drive quality initiatives, identify defects, and ensure that our platform exceeds the highest standards. You’ll be working directly with our QA Manager and Integration/Implementation teams to enhance the onboarding of new clients and improve testing efficiency.
In this dynamic role, you’ll support our teams responsible for:
- Data Flow Validation: Tracing and validating data as it moves across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and expected outcomes.
- End-to-End Feature Testing: Executing comprehensive test cases across integrations and implementations.
- Defect Prevention & Detection: Proactively identifying, documenting, and tracking issues before they impact client experience or system integrity.
- Quality Assurance Improvement: Refining test processes to strengthen reliability in complex integration scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manual & Data Flow Testing
- Execute detailed manual tests across new and existing features, focusing on both functional and data integrity verification.
- Trace data from initial input through various automated and manual processes, validating final outputs against expectations.
- Defect Management & Troubleshooting
- Proactively identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with developers, integration specialists, and product owners to troubleshoot and resolve data flow issues.
- Test Case Development & Maintenance
- Design and maintain test cases for data-driven features, integration points, and high-risk workflows.
- Expand regression coverage with scenarios focused on cross-feature data dependencies.
- Develop a holistic understanding of industry-specific solutions so that you can spot data issues and create sanity checks.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with the Integration/Implementation team to align testing priorities with business needs.
- Suggest and implement improvements to QA processes that enhance detection of data-related issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional QA experience, preferably with a focus on integrations or data-driven systems
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and manual execution
- Proficiency in analyzing data sets and tracing data through complex workflows
- Basic SQL skills for querying and validating database records
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia)
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and test management platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Knowledge of automation concepts
- Experience in SaaS implementations or client onboarding a plus
- Familiarity with Insurance or Healthcare sector a plus

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer generous equity and benefits packages.
