About the Role

At Lambda Labs, we are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Support Enablement Manager to design and lead our support training and development programs. This is a new position created to support our rapid growth, offering the opportunity to build a complete enablement ecosystem from the ground up. In this role, you will create and deliver training, career frameworks, and onboarding programs that empower our support engineers to thrive as Lambda continues to scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our support organization grows, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills, confidence, and resources to provide world-class customer support.

What You’ll Do

As Support Enablement Manager, you’ll shape the growth and excellence of Lambda’s support team by:

  • Guiding junior support engineers through their technical development and mentorship.

  • Defining clear leveling frameworks and promotion paths to facilitate career growth within Lambda.

  • Creating training material, including break/fix scenarios, troubleshooting guides, and playbooks.

  • Designing and maintaining hiring and onboarding resources that set new hires up for success.

  • Ensuring the support team delivers consistently at a high standard while growing their technical confidence.

  • At times, work periods evening or overnight hours as needed to provide training or onboarding support for employees

You

  • Have experience in technical support, enablement, or a related field with a track record of developing talent.

  • Are skilled at creating structured learning programs, technical documentation, and onboarding guides.

  • Know how to mentor and coach junior engineers, balancing technical rigor with approachability.

  • Understand the dynamics of scaling support organizations and can define frameworks for growth, progression, and excellence.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Background in datacenter infrastructure, AI/ML, or GPU/accelerator technologies.

  • Experience building break/fix labs, simulations, or troubleshooting playbooks.

  • Experience with curating hiring pipelines, interview design, or candidate evaluation in technical support roles.

  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems (e.g., Notion, Confluence) and LMS platforms.

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations to align support enablement with broader company goals.

  • A passion for developing others and creating scalable systems that make teams stronger over time.

Salary Range Information

The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
