What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience building and growing products with high-performing teams
Skilled at designing, measuring, and iterating experiments based on evidence
Thorough and detail-oriented in setting up growth systems “right” from the start
Strong product sense with ability to frame problems, prioritize bets, and push the right ones forward
Motivated by technology that makes a difference and by seeing impact through measurable results

Build new product features & experiences
Build and run A/B tests to optimize product-led growth loops (viral, referral, UGC).
Deploy the fastest solution possible to validate ideas and scale the ones that work.
Help manage integrations with other apps - MCP and API based.
Keep the product experience relentlessly Lovable while making growth the engine, not the afterthought.
