The Role
We're hiring Product Engineers who excel at turning complex customer problems into elegant technical solutions. You'll own substantial features from conception to production, working directly with customers to understand their needs, designing scalable architectures, and shipping code that measurably improves compliance operations.
This role combines deep technical work with high customer impact. You'll build systems that process thousands of cases, save compliance teams significant time, and directly contribute to company revenue.
What You’ll Build
Customer-Facing Products
Develop intuitive interfaces for case management, reporting, and analytics
Build document analysis and verification systems
Build agentic workflows that coordinate AI tools and data services to perform research, enrichment, and verification, while keeping humans in the loop for review.
Create tools that help customers configure and customize their compliance workflows
Responsibilities by Experience Level
Engineer
Independently deliver medium-to-large features with minimal guidance
Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
Collaborate with product and design to scope and refine solutions
Debug production issues and contribute to system reliability
Grow your technical skills and product intuition
Senior Engineer
Lead technical design for complex, cross-cutting projects
Make architectural decisions that balance customer needs, technical quality, and delivery speed
Identify systemic issues and drive improvements to platform foundations
Mentor engineers and elevate team engineering practices
Shape product direction through technical insights
Staff / Principal Engineer
Define technical strategy for major platform initiatives
Design systems that scale across products, customers, and geographies
Lead cross-functional efforts requiring deep collaboration
Establish engineering patterns that improve team velocity and quality
Navigate ambiguity and make high-stakes technical tradeoffs
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
4+ yrs (Engineer) / 6+ yrs (Sr. Engineer) / 8+ yrs (Staff Engineer) building production software
Strong full-stack capabilities—backend services, APIs, databases, and (nice-to-have) frontend development
Track record of shipping customer-facing products where reliability matters
End-to-end ownership mindset: from requirements through deployment and iteration
Clear communication—you can explain technical decisions to diverse audiences
Product thinking—you understand why you're building something, not just how.
Valued Experience:
Building workflow engines, orchestration systems, or process automation tools
Working in regulated industries where compliance, auditability, and data integrity are critical
Integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications
Creating configuration systems, admin tools, or workflow builders for non-technical users
Designing systems for multi-tenancy, versioning, or complex authorization models
Strong foundation in data modeling and distributed systems
Technical Skills:
We work with modern web technologies—TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, cloud infrastructure, and workflow orchestration frameworks. You don't need to know our exact stack, but you should be comfortable learning new technologies quickly.

$160k–$280K base salary + meaningful equity
