Role Summary
• As our AI Solution Architect, you'll be the catalyst driving the adoption and scaling of cutting-edge AI solutions. What you will do
Your scope will be as follows:
Pre-Sales & Sales Activities:• Conduct pre-sales calls to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and aspirations.• Lead qualification calls to pinpoint prospects who would gain the most from our solutions.• Collaborate with the sales team to advance the sale pipeline, providing technical expertise and insights where necessary.
Product Implementation, Integration & Deployment:• Guide and support customers in deploying our models and products into their infrastructure.• Work closely with customers to fine-tune models according to their specific requirements.• Assist clients in integrating our APIs into their front-end interfaces, ensuring a smooth user experience.• Regularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.• Design and develop product features that would meet the need of many customers.
Customer Success & Support:• Continually ensure that the customer is maximizing the product's potential.• Provide post-deployment support, addressing any issues or challenges that arise promptly.• Conduct periodic reviews with customers to ascertain their satisfaction and gather feedback.• Offer recommendations for product optimisations or new features based on customer feedback.• Develop these features if needed.
Delivering value to the customers:• Execute on effective technical discovery to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.• Contribute to effectively identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock the most value for the customer. • On the project, Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process• Create a strategic vision for the customer on the project, based on a deep understanding of their strategy, desired positive business outcomes, and required capabilities.
About you
• You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)• You have been involved in a customer facing role• Passion for AI, with a constant drive to stay updated and ahead of the curve• Proven experience in product implementation in AI or machine learning products• You have strong project & stakeholder management skills• You are proficient in developing custom prototypes using frameworks in Python or Javascript• You have foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science• Proficient in understanding and developing code• Familiarity with front-end interfaces and integration processes.• You have ability to connect technology and business value • You are result driven and resilient• Fluent in English • Being familiar with sales qualification concepts is a strong plus

You will be responsible for representing RAQA in company-specific projects for diagnostic and clinical development services and will be involved in process improvement efforts, participate in audits as needed, and may be responsible for maintaining/managing key QMS processes (e.g., document control). You will provide risk and regulatory assessments during design control and change control activities and participate in the development and submission of filings to regulatory agencies in the US, EMA, and other geographies.
