Join our client's team as a Concierge and AI Trainer, where you'll be instrumental in developing the next generation of AI models tailored to hospitality services. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in concierge services to train AI systems, providing comprehensive guidance on guest assistance, service delivery, and hospitality standards. Help bridge the gap between expert human service and advanced AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and review AI-generated responses related to concierge services, providing feedback and corrections for accuracy and appropriateness.
Apply industry-specific knowledge to create realistic training scenarios, sample dialogues, and task workflows for an AI training platform.
Document and communicate best practices for guest service, including special requests, transportation arrangements, and coordination of business or entertainment services.
Collaborate with AI development teams to enhance the depth and empathy of AI interactions.
Ensure AI responses meet the high standards of written and verbal communication expected from professional concierges.
Monitor and assess AI performance across various hospitality tasks, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends and guest expectations to continuously enrich training data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a concierge or similar guest-facing role in hotels, luxury residences, or office buildings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen focus on detail and guest experience.
Ability to define and articulate complex service workflows and hospitality scenarios.
Familiarity with arranging transportation, business services, entertainment, and responding to guest requests.
Strong organizational and documentation skills for tracking AI feedback and process improvements.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Passion for both technology and delivering exceptional guest service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification from a hospitality or concierge association (e.g., Les Clefs d'Or).
Experience in training or mentoring others in hospitality or related fields.
Interest or background in AI training or technology development.
