The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Haast, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge AI platform and enterprise customers who are hungry for transformation. You'll work hand-in-hand with our core engineering team to build custom POCs, extract powerful data insights, and deliver customer-requested features that showcase the magic of our compliance engine.

Impact You'll Make
Build killer POCs that demonstrate our platform's capabilities to enterprise prospects
Extract and visualize data insights that drive customer success and showcase ROI
Collaborate directly with engineering to deliver custom features and integrations
Partner with the sales team to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value
Implement Key Features work with the core engineering team at Haast to build customer requests
Create compelling demos that show how we transform compliance from pain point to competitive advantage
Support customer implementations and ensure seamless technical onboarding
What You'll Bring
Must Have:
Strong understanding of enterprise software and technical architectures
Experience building POCs, demos, or technical prototypes
Solid Python and Javascript skills with ability to work with APIs and databases
Track record of translating technical capabilities into business outcomes
Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in compliance, legal tech, or regulated industries
Background with AI/ML platforms or data analytics
Skills in Svelte, FastAPI, or modern Python/web frameworks
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, search, or data-visualization tools
Familiarity with AWS and security frameworks (incl. vendor security questionnaires)
Previous startup or high-growth environment experience
