The Senior Director of Solutions / Professional Services will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our global Services organization. This leader will own the methodology, operations, and delivery of all implementation, advisory, and solution consulting motions, ensuring our customers realize measurable business outcomes and accelerated time-to-value. Partnering deeply across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, this role is responsible for building a world-class services function that drives predictable, high-quality enterprise delivery at scale. They will define and refine our delivery model, elevate cross-functional alignment, and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers excellence. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor both internally and externally—shaping customer success, influencing product direction, and driving long-term growth through an exceptional services experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing Solutions & Professional Services organization, including implementation, solution architecture, and project management functions.
- Define, optimize, and scale delivery methodologies that ensure predictable, high-quality enterprise implementations aligned to customer outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap, improve scoping accuracy, and ensure seamless handoffs across the customer lifecycle.
- Drive operational rigor through metrics, forecasting, resource planning, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish clear frameworks for value realization, ensuring customers achieve measurable business impact and accelerated time-to-value post-implementation.
- Oversee complex, strategic customer engagements and serve as escalation point for enterprise programs and critical deployments.
- Innovate and expand service offerings, including packaged services, advisory programs, and repeatable delivery frameworks.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support growth, retention, and a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Delivery, Management Consulting, or related enterprise customer-facing roles.
- 5+ years leading and scaling a high-performing services or solutions organization within an enterprise SaaS company.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations within large enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of CRM, RevOps, GTM systems, and enterprise technology ecosystems; strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable methodologies, operational frameworks, and delivery processes that improve predictability and customer outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders, managing risk, and driving alignment across teams.
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with experience in forecasting, resourcing, and KPI management.
- Passion for developing talent, building culture, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
