We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager with a history of quality and tenacity as we bring our next-gen platform to the world.

About the Role

This is an opportunity of a lifetime for a dynamic Technical Project Manager who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be leading our customer implementations with a team of implementation specialists. You’ll be working directly with our VP of Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value and optimize delivery predictability.

You’ll be responsible for scoping and architecting solutions, managing timelines and resources, and directly leading a technical implementation team. From independent agents to enterprise carriers, your expertise will help us deliver tailored solutions that meet complex insurance and healthcare workflows and compliance needs.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Leading End-to-End Implementation Projects
Scope, architect, and manage SaaS application deployments tailored to your industry (Insurance or Healthcare), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client objectives–which also include ensuring regulatory standards are met.
  2. Managing and Mentoring the Implementation Team
Oversee a cross-functional team of technical implementers, providing leadership, removing blockers, and driving a culture of excellence, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  3. Serving as a Hands-On Technical Leader
Jump in when needed to troubleshoot or solve complex technical issues using tools like SQL, APIs, Python, or ETL pipelines—guiding the team through technical decisions and tradeoffs.
  4. Acting as the Strategic Point of Contact for Clients
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, manage project expectations, and ensure solution design supports long-term adoption, advocacy, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of healthcare-specific solutions including CRM, data pipelines, and automation workflows.
  • Design, scope, and manage end-to-end projects—from intake through go-live.
  • Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling and security practices.
  • Oversee a cross-functional implementation team and allocate resources effectively.
  • Roll up your sleeves to resolve technical blockers—leveraging APIs, SQL, Python, and ETL tools as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Support, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and ensuring solution fit.
  • Drive documentation, internal tooling, and process improvements to support future scalability.
  • Coordinate with CSMs post-implementation to ensure high adoption and identify advocacy opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading SaaS, CRM, ERP, and Operation Clouds implementations in the insurance, health tech, healthcare SaaS, or clinical system integrations industry.
  • Deep understanding of insurance-specific OR healthcare-specific workflows (i.e. [insurance] carriers, agencies, MGAs, quoting, commissions, and compliance OR [healthcare] provider onboarding, patient intake, care coordination, referral management, claims tracking, regulatory compliance).
  • Strong technical skills, including APIs, SQL, Python, and ETL pipelines.
  • Strong project management skills: scoping, SOW creation, timeline and resource management.
  • Strategic thinker who designs solutions for both present needs and future scale.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
  • Passionate about building repeatable processes and well-documented solutions.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication, change management, and expectation setting.
  • We’re looking for a proactive, optimistic leader who takes ownership, navigates challenges with a solutions-first mindset, and sets a positive tone for the team.

Preferred

  • PMP certification or similar certificate in technical project management.
  • 10+ years of experience hiring and leading SaaS implementations teams.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid implementation methodologies.
  • Experience designing or optimizing ETL/data pipelines for complex integrations.
