As a Mid Market Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with established companies of hundreds or thousands of employees across traditional industries including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, financial services, and logistics. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to customers, helping them identify practical AI applications that enhance operational efficiency and drive competitive advantage. In collaboration with GTM, product, and marketing teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with conservative business leaders focused on measurable ROI and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities
Drive new business revenue by navigating complex organizational structures to reach decision-makers and educate them on practical AI applications
Execute sales strategies tailored to traditional industry procurement cycles and conservative decision-making processes to exceed revenue quotas
Identify new operational use cases within traditional business functions and collaborate cross-functionally to position AI as practical enhancement solutions
Build consensus among C-suite executives, IT directors, operations leaders, and procurement teams around AI adoption strategies
Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and strengthen value propositions for risk-conscious organizations
Refine mid-market sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks and optimizing processes for longer decision cycles
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years B2B software sales experience with 5+ years closing in mid-market accounts within traditional industries
Fluency in German and English to expand our client base in multilingual markets
Traditional industry expertise in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, financial services, logistics, or professional services
Track record closing €100K-€5M deals with 6-12 month sales cycles in conservative business environments
Experience as a strategic business advisor facilitating change management and technology adoption
Proven ability navigating complex procurement processes and building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
Consultative selling approach translating technical AI capabilities into business language for conservative decision-makers

The Corp Tech Acquisition team scopes and manages the implementation of Anduril’s acquired companies. ABOUT THE JOB
Oversee the acquisition program lifecycle from due diligence, integration, and adoption to completion across multiple acquisitions
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Mission Operations, Finance, Product, Deployments) to root cause problems and scope key requirements, milestones, and dependencies for acquisition implementation success
Own building the program management foundation for the acquisition team
Own defining, managing, and improving program management processes for all acquisition implementations
Help implement risk management strategies, identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans
Manage the program timeline across all related acquisitions, ensuring milestones are met and programs stay on track
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and departments
Provide regular updates and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to each acquisitions integration plan
Analyze each program status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or resources to ensure that program requirements can be met

As an intern on the Production Planning team, you will work to establish demonstrated build times for 100% of produced assemblies at the Frisco manufacturing facility. You will be required to observe and time the builds of every unique assembly produced in Frisco. These times will be recorded, part number by part number, and loaded into manufacturing systems. You will be required to move between work centers, track one of each individual assembly, and only time hands-on technician labor. This will require bouncing between orders, activating timers only while builds are active and maintaining a spreadsheet to record all times. Desired end state will be to have a recorded build time for 100% of unique built assemblies. During the course of these builds, you will also observe the “cradle to grave” process of a manufacturing order and offer suggestions for improvements in the flow of material and tracking of orders. Project Goals & Deliverables:Project Objectives:Measure the hands-on labor time of every unique build assembly at the Frisco manufacturing facilityRecord these times into our systems for use in Production Planning capacity decisions.Project Impact on the business:Recording demonstrated build times manually provides a baseline from which to measure existing capacity decision-making tools as well as in-progress Manufacturing Execution System (MES) developmentHaving demonstrated accurate build times allows Production Planning to make mathematically accurate decisions with regards to capacity, labor scheduling, and the loading of new demand.
