Drive execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring timely delivery against business objectives while maintaining high technical standards. What You’ll Need 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in engineering leadership roles. Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams or squads delivering complex, enterprise-grade software products. Proven track record of working cross-functionally across product, science, and business stakeholders. Strong technical foundation in modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and enterprise SaaS platforms. Experience building scalable, secure, and compliant systems in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills; ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. A passion for mentoring engineers and developing high-performing teams. This position focuses on the practical application of engineering principles to the factory floor, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative designs to fruition and maintain seamless operations.
