We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. About Cosmos We’re not your average MSP. We’re building an AI-first IT platform where humans and intelligent agents work together to keep companies running faster, smarter, and cheaper than anyone thought possible.Cosmos is a new Infinity Constellation venture — an AI-powered Managed Services company designed from the ground up for automation, observability, and Zero Trust. No legacy bloat. No ticket silos. Just clean architecture and code that matters. If you want to babysit servers, go somewhere else. If you want to build the backbone of how AI runs IT — keep reading. The Role We’re looking for a Cloud & Automation Engineer who lives at the intersection of systems, code, and chaos. You’ll be the one making sure everything just works — clouds stay up, agents stay smart, and users stay happy. You’ll: • Build, scale, and harden cloud environments (AWS + GCP). • Automate identity, provisioning, and access — because tickets are for amateurs. • Jump in on escalations that make other people sweat. • Write clean, reusable scripts to kill manual work forever. • Make the infrastructure invisible, reliable, and ridiculously fast. This is part ops, part dev, part automation wizard. You’ll be in the guts of the platform — the one who makes the lights never go out. What You’ll Do1. Cloud Infrastructure & Automation • Own AWS and GCP environments: compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring, and costs. • Automate provisioning and identity using APIs, SCIM, and whatever scripts get the job done. • Build integrations that let AI agents deploy, fix, and scale environments autonomously. • Write Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripts that make everyone’s life easier.2. Systems Reliability & Performance • Keep infrastructure stable, secure, and observable — CloudWatch, GCP Ops Suite, whatever works. • Run backups, test disaster recovery, and make sure you can sleep at night. • Patch, monitor, log, repeat — but smarter every time. • Troubleshoot the hard stuff: auth loops, permissions, weird edge cases no one’s seen before.3. Endpoint & Identity Management • Manage endpoints across macOS, Windows, and Linux using Zero Trust principles. • Build secure baselines that scale across hundreds of devices. • Work closely with our Security team to make “secure by default” more than a slogan.4. Collaboration & Mentorship • Act as L2/L3 escalation for Help Desk and onboarding. • Write documentation that people actually want to read. • Share what you learn — raise the team’s IQ every week.Who You Are • You’ve got 5+ years managing systems and cloud infrastructure — AWS, GCP, both, whatever. • You code or script your way out of every problem (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). • You think in automation, not checklists. • You know networking, IAM, and security inside out. • You’ve lived through a few “oh sh*t” incidents and learned how to prevent the next one. • You speak fluent troubleshooting — logs don’t scare you. • You want to be part of something early, messy, and meaningful.Location & Schedule This is a remote, global role, but you’ll work primarily on New York (EST) hours. We don’t care where you live — just that you can think fast, write clearly, and deliver results.Bonus Points • Terraform, Ansible, or configuration management experience. • Certs like AWS Solutions Architect or GCP Cloud Engineer. • Experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments. • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR compliance. • Obsessed with Zero Trust, automation, and clean architecture. Why You’ll Love It Here • You’ll work where AI and cloud collide — building systems that literally learn. • You’ll automate problems faster than they appear. • You’ll never get stuck waiting for permission to fix what’s broken. • You’ll be part of a team that values speed, reliability, and doing things right. This isn’t maintenance. It’s evolution. If uptime, automation, and adrenaline sound like your kind of stack — welcome to Cosmos.Salary and CompensationApproximate Annual Salary Range*Poland: EUR 35,000 – 65,000Romania: EUR 30,000 – 55,000Bulgaria: EUR 28,000 – 50,000Ukraine: EUR 25,000 – 45,000Ireland: EUR 55,000 – 85,000Other Eastern EU Markets: EUR 30,000 – 60,000*Ranges vary based on experience, certifications, and local cost of living and may also include an add’l bonus on top of base. What We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Flexible remote or hybrid work options.Opportunities to work with AWS, GCP, JumpCloud, Halo ITSM, and Google Workspace.Professional development and support for certification.Collaborative team culture with a focus on reliability, security, and innovation.Exposure to complex multi-tenant and automation-driven environments. You’ll be part of a team building the next generation of AI-assisted cloud operations — combining automation, observability, and Zero Trust to reinvent how IT is delivered.

About the Role We are building the next-generation AI-powered platform and web application for easy and fast creation of audio and video content. Building a revolutionary way to record, transcribe, edit, and mix audio and video on the web comes with a series of unique technical challenges and requires solving hard and complex problems. We are hiring Software Engineers at the mid-career, senior, and staff levels to join a number of open roles on our Agent team, focused on building the future of Agentic Video Editing! About the team: Descript's Agent launched in Open Beta in July 2025. Since then, we've been working on improving the user experience for chat-based editing, adding more capabilities into our agent, and improving our agent infrastructure to continue to scale as models get better and better. The Agent team is a mix of AI Researchers and Software Engineers committed to our mission to make video editing accessible to anyone. Your peers will be based in San Francisco, New York, and distributed across the US and Canada. This is the role for you if any of the following areas sound exciting: Experimentation to push the limits on quality for our video editing agent (eg. harness and tool design, token/context optimizations, RL/new model development, multimodal, etc) Building a best-in-class product experience for agentic video editing interactions and improving user retention (eg. tuning prompt templates and other key user workflows, addressing user feedback, building key product capabilities like chat history, etc) Laying the foundations for a best-in-class developer experience for building agents (eg. logging, evals framework, online monitoring and feedback loops, etc) What you bring: Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of professional product engineering or fullstack experience Worked with Typescript, React, and RESTful APIs (or similar) Solid CS fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, databases (Postgres, Redis) High ownership and growth mindset You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with other functions (e.g. product, design, AI research) Extra credit! Experience building creative tools in the past or you're a frequent user of creative media tools. If you join Descript, you'll end up making lots of videos! Experience building agents, working evals infrastructure, or designing product experiences powered by LLMs Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification above, please apply anyways. At our current size and stage, we embrace a flat organizational structure and value the expertise and contributions of every team member. As such, we have a unified job title for our engineering roles where everyone, including those with Staff-level scope, is considered a Software Engineer. While titles may not change, we are actively seeking Software Engineers with senior-or-higher-equivalent experience to join our team. The base salary range for these roles is $174,000-$286,000/year. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.About Descript Descript is building a simple, intuitive, fully-powered editing tool for video and audio — an editing tool built for the age of AI. We are a team of 150 and the backing of some of the world's greatest investors (OpenAI, Andreessen Horowitz, Redpoint Ventures, Spark Capital).  Descript is the special company that's in possession of both product market fit and the raw materials (passionate user community, great product, large market) for growth, but is still early enough that each new employee has a measurable influence on the direction of the company. Benefits include a generous healthcare package, 401k matching program, catered lunches, and flexible vacation time. Our headquarters are located in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. We're hiring for a mix of remote roles and hybrid roles.  For those who are remote, we have a handful of opportunities throughout the year for in person collaboration.  For our hybrid roles, we're flexible, and you're an adult—we don't expect or mandate that you're in the office every day. We do believe there are valuable and serendipitous moments of discovery and collaboration that come from working together in person.  Descript is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. We believe in actively building a team rich in diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions to better allow our employees, products, and community to thrive.

Meet SienaSiena is the first intelligence layer for customer experience. We're creating an operating system of AI agents that learn, remember, and act across every customer touchpoint—from support conversations to shopping experiences to voice and social media interactions.Siena doesn't just automate support; it powers shopping agents, builds persistent customer memory, generates actionable business insights, and creates empathetic interactions that feel human. We're transforming how businesses understand and connect with their customers, turning every interaction into intelligence that makes the next one better. The teamWe're a small, distributed team that punches way above our weight. Every person here has outsized impact because we've built leverage into everything we do. This philosophy makes us faster and, frankly, more fun to work with.If you're excited about building something that doesn't exist yet, keep reading. We're building agents that don't just respond to customers—they remember them, learn from every interaction, and connect experiences across channels.About the roleAs Head of Engineering at Siena you'll set technical vision for the first intelligence layer in customer experience—AI pipelines, evals, integrations, multi-agent orchestration. Your job: decide where we build, what we buy, how we scale. You're shaping Siena's technical strategy, influencing product direction, building the culture. You operate as peer to product, design, and revenue leadership. And you still prototype with Cursor and Claude Code on weekends because that's who you are. We're looking for someone who's scaled teams to 30+, stayed deeply technical with AI tools, and thinks in systems while moving at startup speed. You bring infectious energy, high agency, and the rare ability to zoom from board strategy to debugging production in the same conversation. What you'll doSet technical roadmap aligned to business goals—make build vs buy decisions at company levelDouble our engineering team over 12-18 months—design team structures, develop leaders, coach and be an example for what's possible with agentic codingStay hands-on with AI tools—write prototypes, review critical PRs, ship experiments, maintain technical credibilityOperate cross-functionally—partner with product/design/revenue as peer, shape company strategyDrive velocity at scale—ship weekly, cut scope based on learning, rally teams through ambiguityBuild culture that attracts top talent—create momentum through energy, establish practices that scaleWhat we're looking forYou've scaled teams to 30+ successfullyYou still code building using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, v0You have technical depth with AI-native fluencyYou're comfortable with customers—join enterprise calls, understand their technical pain, earn trust at exec levelYou have high agency—take bets, shape direction proactivelyYou've led teams that shipped regularly at scaleYou've made technical decisions that shaped company directionYou've developed multiple leaders from ICsYou've maintained velocity during high growthYou've built with relevant technology: conversational AI, event-driven systems, LLM applications, CX platforms, e-commerce, API integrationsYou zoom from strategy to debugging fluidlyYou bring infectious energy, positive culture builder mindsetYou have startup DNA—comfortable with ambiguity, move fastThis isn't a "Head of Engineering who used to be technical" role. This is for the technical leader who shapes engineering culture, sets technical strategy, operates as peer to VP-level leaders, and still codes using AI tools today. Why Siena?Meaningful impact. Your work directly shapes our product and company.Globally distributed team working at the bleeding edge of CX and AI.Great salary plus the opportunity for equity or stock grants.Learning budget. If you're growing, so are we.The thrill of building something new. Join us at a stage where your contributions matter most.AI-fluency. Make AI your second nature. Tackle unsolved problems. We’re redefining how customer experience will look like in the next decades. Our valuesThe people who thrive here are curious, customer-obsessed, and take ownership without being asked. They fix problems first and explain later. They're direct about feedback—both giving and receiving it—because they care more about getting things right than being polite. They maintain high standards while moving at startup speed, and they build real relationships with teammates because they know that's how great work gets done. When things get tough, they adapt and keep pushing forward. Our approach to AIThe people who thrive here treat AI like a natural extension of themselves. They've built their own ecosystem of agents - some for research, others for debugging, writing, analysis, or writing code. They know which AI works best for what problem.Everyone gets premium accounts (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity Pro, Cursor, Lovable) plus a quarterly budget for new tools. But the magic happens in how we share knowledge. Demo days where someone shows off a clever workflows. Slack threads about which model handles a specific use case better. Learning from each other's AI workflows. At Siena, we’re not just looking for people who can do a job. We’re looking for people who want to break boundaries, create the future, and reshape industries. If that’s you, we look forward to your application.Siena provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
