Role Overview:

Bolo AI is hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to help build our go-to-market engine from the ground up. As one of the early members of the Bolo AI team, you’ll wear multiple hats -shaping strategy, standing up processes, and rolling up your sleeves to execute wherever needed. From defining target segments and driving marketing campaigns to building pipeline reporting and partnering with the CEO on customer conversations, you’ll be hands-on in every aspect of taking Bolo AI to market.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building zero-to-one systems, and has the grit to balance scrappy execution with long-term strategic thinking. You’ll work closely with leadership and across teams to turn bold ideas into repeatable GTM playbooks that will scale as Bolo AI grows.

Note: This role is based in the Bay Area, with at least 3 days per week in our Palo Alto office and travel for customer meetings, events, and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Own:

Enterprise GTM & Customer Engagement

  • Partner with the CEO on enterprise deals - build tailored pitches and ROI cases.
  • Join customer meetings to capture insights and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure internal teams deliver on customer commitments without needing CEO intervention.
  • Build and optimize GTM processes (e.g., pipeline management, territory planning, lead routing, account strategy).

Marketing & Market Presence

  • Manage conference presence – run event execution, drive leads, and ensure rapid follow-up.
  • Run targeted account-based marketing campaigns for top enterprise prospects.
  • Develop high-quality thought leadership and industry-facing content.
  • Track competitor and market activity to surface positioning opportunities.

Strategic Projects & CEO Leverage

  • Drive initiatives such as account expansions, new market entry, or strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare briefings, deal strategies, and follow-up plans for CEO-led meetings.
  • Quickly step in to lead new, high-impact GTM initiatives and take them to completion.

As an early-stage startup, no two days are the same. As a Bolo AI GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, you can expect to:

  • Travel with the CEO to key customer engagements and industry conferences.
  • Jump between strategy and execution - one moment building out marketing campaigns, the next talking to customers or writing sales proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Build out pitch decks in partnership with the CEO, defining pricing, partnership models and customer benefits.
  • Take ownership end-to-end, knowing that your work directly shapes the trajectory of Bolo AI.

Who We’re Looking For:

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 - 7+ years professional experience, including startup experience, thriving in ambiguity and rapid change.
  • B2B GTM background (product marketing, consulting, founder/ operator).
  • Proven track record of delivering results independently in high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; exec-level decks and ROI cases.
  • Based in the Bay Area or willing to work hybrid from Palo Alto, with travel as needed.

Nice-to-Have

  • 2+ years post-MBA professional experience.
  • Sector exposure: AI, SaaS, or industrial/energy.
  • Enterprise experience in ABM, complex B2B cycles, or strategic partnerships.
