The Role: Legal AI Customer Success Manager

As Haast’s first U.S. hire on the Customer Success team, you’ll partner with Fortune 500 legal, compliance, and marketing teams to help them adopt Haast’s AI-native platform, redefining how regulated organisations review, approve, and manage content.

This is a strategic, client facing position driving stakeholder alignment, workflow redesign, and change management to ensure successful platform across complex enterprises.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with enterprise clients to understand their compliance and content review workflows.

  • Analyse and translate regulatory and policy frameworks into clear, enforceable AI rule logic to support compliant marketing and communications.

  • Design and lead adoption strategies to embed Haast’s AI platform across teams.

  • Build trust and engagement with senior legal, compliance, and marketing leaders.

  • Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into actionable adoption plans.

  • Capture client insights to inform product strategy and playbook development.

  • Develop frameworks for scaling AI adoption across regulated enterprises.


You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Background in law (JD preferred), management consulting, or customer success for enterprise legaltech/regtech SaaS.

  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in regulated industries.

  • Strong understanding of business process design, governance, and change management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, business-first mindset.

  • Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Curious about AI - you may already be exploring tools like ChatGPT or Claude.

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
